► Background description: 
SMTP mail server configuration is a basic system attribute configuration, which is used to enhance product operation capabilities. After completing SMTP configuration, alert notification, scheduled tasks and other functions can be available normally. You can complete SMTP server configuration in advance according to actual needs.
► Operating steps: 
• Create SMTP mail server
1. Input the AnyRobot server IP address in the browser, and input the Username/Password after entering the login page, as shown below: 

2. After logging in successfully, click Settings > System > Sysconfig > SMTP Server, with the configuration parameters as follows: 
Field Name Field Description Restrictive Condition
* SMTP Mail Server For configuration of the URL or IP address to access the mail server -
* Port For configuration of the port to access the mail server 1-65535
* Secure Connection For configuration of the type of transport protocols: None, SSL, TLS, STARTTLS
Note: 'None' means transmission in plain text mode without any encryption measures.		 -
* Email For configuration of the email address for sending emails In email format
* Password For configuration of the password for sending emails -
3. Click Save to complete the creation of the SMTP mail server.
• Test the SMTP mail server
After SMTP configuration saving and connection verification, you can input test email address in test field to verify whether test emails are sent successfully and ensure normal function of SMTP email server.
