1. Click Data Management > Log Grouping, and click the   icon to create New log grouping: 
► Create Root Group: Select All Logs in the group list, click the
 icon to create New log grouping, and the Group Layer is Root Group by default, as follows: 

► Create Subgroup: Select the target Parent Group in the group list, click the  icon to create New log grouping, and the Group Layer is Subgroup Group by default and inherits the attributes of the Parent Group (Log Library/Source Host/Log Type/Log Tag), as follows: 

The configuration parameters are as follows: 
• Basics:
Field Name
Description Restrictive Condition
Name The name of the unique log group for log identification 0-40 characters
Group Layer The log group layer: Root Group or Subgroup -
Parent Group The name of the parent group of the child group Only subgroup has this configuration item
• Group:
Field Name
Description Restrictive Condition
Inherited Type It is to view group definition inherited from the parent group, including: Type, Source Host, Log Type, Log Tag. Only subgroup has this configuration item.
Type Group type includes Regular type and Advanced type. -
Log Library It is to select single or multiple log libraries for log group data filtering. -
Source Host It is to set log data source host for log group data filtering. Supportive for direct selection or reverse selection. -
Log Type It is to set log type for log group data filtering.Supportive for direct selection or reverse selection. Only Regular definition type has this configuration item.
Log Tag It is to set log tag for log group data filtering.Supportive for direct selection or reverse selection.
Prerequisite It is to set log tag for log group data filtering. Only Advanced type has this configuration item.
2. Click the Preview to view the Event and Selectable Field on the right, as follows: 
• Event: It is to preview the events in the group log, which can be filtered by TimePicker and Search Box, as follows: 

• Selectable Field: It is to preview the list of parsed fields contained in the grouped log, as follows: 

3. Click Save to complete the creation of Log Grouping.
