Input Data is to complete the parameter configuration required in the early stage for data aggregation. In this module, you can configure transmission protocol, transmission port, and encoding format to achieve normal access to log aggregation data. It also supports the configuration of log type and log tag to achieve more efficient data storage, data flow, global search and other data applications.
For different clients, log aggregation requires different data transmission protocols to transmit log data. The data input supports TCP/UDP input, Agent input (Beats, AnyRobot Agent), SNMP Trap input and Syslog input, mainly including the following scenarios:
► TCP/UDP input: When unstructured log data aggregation is needed, "TCP"/"UDP" can be selected for data access;
► Agent input: It includes AnyRobot Agent and Beats transmission methods:
• AnyRobot Agent: To aggregate log data through AnyRobot agent, it can be selected for data access;
• Beats: To aggregate log data through Filebeat/Winlogbeat/Metricbeat/Packetbeat agent, it can be selected for data access;
► SNMP Trap input: To aggregate alert log data of server, network device and others, SNMP Trap can be selected for data access;
► Syslog input: To aggregate log data of network equipment such as router, switch and load balancing network device, Syslog can be selected for data input.
