1. Before installing, check whether the kernel version of the production server is in the compatibility list. If the kernel version is in “Client installation directory/AnyBackupClient/ClientService/linux/filterdrivers/x86_64”, the CDP driver can be installed. If not, the CDP driver cannot be installed (See method 2).
2. Check whether there is residual CDP driver. If yes, uninstall the driver and install again. For details, see Uninstalling Volume CDP Driver for Linux.
