To run the new recovery job wizard, 
1 Log into the console as a tenant or an operator.
2 Click Backup and Recovery＞Data Backup＞Restore Archived Data, to enter the Restore Archived Data tab.
3 Click Create＞Recover to Client, to enter the new recovery job wizard window.
