Step 1 Select the correct installation package, copy and unpack it with the command tar –zxfv before installation. Only 64-bit installation package is supported currently.
Step 2 Execute the cd command to go to AnyBackupClient/ClientServer and execute ./Install.sh. Select (8) GBase for GBase backup and select the database user, for example, gbase. Input the installation path of client software that is the same as the that of GBase, for example, /opt/GBase. Note that this path cannot be /opt/GBase/.
