If you have already added the operation emails, but you cannot receive alert emails, the causes might be
 
  • The email address has not been generated as tags
When admin are adding email addresses, it is required to enter the right email and input enter after the address to save. Otherwise, emails will not be sent to the addresses.

  • The System Alert is not enabled
Admin should enable System Alert in Local Host of Deployment Console.
  • SMTP Server Configuration Error
If you configure the server incorrectly, the email alert will be invalid. How to configure SMTP Server?
