What is illegal content control?
In AnyShare, illegal content control refers to the sensitive words uploaded by users which are detected by the system. Admin will finally decide to delete or keep the file.

Scenarios
Illegal content control in AnyShare includes the control for illegal content and sensitive words. By analyzing the content, content that has been involved in political issues, pornography and infringement will be isolated and controlled in Quarantine, which will further prevent data loss.

Introduction
  • Automatic isolation of illegal/sensitive content
AnyShare can monitor your uploading by filtering it to Quarantine if it presents risks. Admin should enable it on Policies->Document Policy->Content Recognition. After an admin has enabled Illegal Content Management and Sensitive Words, files that contain the related threatens will be put in Quarantine. You can click More→Quarantine in the sidebar to view all the quarantined files.
  • Appeal for Quarantined Files
The owner of the isolated files could submit an appeal to restore the file. When Admin receives the appeal request, an admin may log into Management Console to check and choose to approve/reject the request.

Restrictions
For use, an administrator must switch it on in the management console and upload the sensitive words library. In terms of the detail, you can read the instruction in the management console.
