Work with Watermarks
Administrators can make use of the customizable watermark policy of AnyShare to add watermarks to a document library for avoiding data breach, appropriation, and tampering.

Use Watermarks
If a watermark policy is bound to a document library, AnyShare will add watermarks to the files in the document library when users do the preview and download. When previewing the files, everyone can only view them with watermarks. When downloading, users with the edit permission can download the source files without watermarks. If users do not have the edit permission, they can only download the watermarked PDF format files.
Things to Note: No matter whether a source document library is equipped with a watermark policy or not, after a user copies a file from the source document library to a target library, it will be imposed on the watermark policy bound to the target library.
Now we would like to take AnyShare for iOS as an example.

One with the edit permission can download the master document without watermarks.
One with the read permission but without the modify permission can only download the PDF format sub document imposed on watermarks.
