With the flexible Watermark Policy provided by AnyShare, Admin can add watermark to specified Document Library and prevent data loss, stealing and tampering.
If the Document Library is set with Watermark Policy, files within the library will be added with watermarks for download or preview. All users will view the file with watermarks when they are previewing it. For the users who do not have the permission to edit the file, they can only download the file with watermarks in PDF format.
Note: If a user copies a file from a Document Library without Watermark Policy to one with Watermark Policy, the file shall apply to the current Watermark Policy.
