The mobile internet gives most workers the chance to use mobile devices to deal with personal or business affairs. Enterprises must let data flow outwards. So how to ensure data security? To further protect enterprises’ data security, AnyShare permits users to remotely wipe data and disable devices.

What does remote data wipe mean?
AnyShare serves to remotely wipe data for those who lose their mobile devices and are eager to protect the data inside from being leaked.

What is Device Disablement?
When a mobile device is lost and cannot be found, AnyShare supports disabling it to further improve data security.

Work with It
In daily routine, it is inevitable for a user to lose the mobile phone causing data leakage more likely. However, AnyShare eradicates this issue by data wipe. If the device can not be found, a user can also disable the device with one key to achieve the purpose of dual protection, so that even if offenders steal the mobile phone, they can not acquire the confidential data.

Use It
After logging in, a user can click on [Apps] in the left menu bar to go to [Devices], select the lost device, and press [Data Wipe] bottom above. After that, all cached data of AnyShare in the device will be wiped. If a user wants to further prevent data leakage, they should select the lost device and click Disable above, so that even if others find the device, they can't log in.
