Search

If a file cannot be found but you are certain that it does exist, you may refer to the following circumstances:

• The file was quarantined

Due to sensitive words, illegal content or virus, the file was quarantined and you cannot search for it. The file owner will receive security messages if it is quarantined. You can contact the owner about the details.

• Insufficient permissions

You do not have permission for this file. You can contact the file owner to configure permission for you.

• File location has been changed

If the file location has been changed, you will not be able to locate it with SharedLink. You can check with the user who shares this file with you or search the file with keywords in Full-text search.
