Logs are the records of events from the system, the most important audit tools in AnyShare. As Admin, you can query the logs at any time point and export encrypted ones.
Logs Audit: Enter Logs & Audit ->Logs, you can audit the access, management, and operation behavior logs produced by admin and ordinary users.
- How many log types are there?
There are three types of logs, and they are shown below:
Access Logs includes the login, logoff logs, etc.
Management Log includes the management logs conducted by admins.
Operation Logs includes the users downloading, sharing, preview actions logs.
- What can I do about logs?
View logs: You can view the logs in this section by selecting a period on the upper-right corner of the page, then you will see a certain period of logs.
Search for logs: You can search your wanted logs in the search box.
Export Logs
AnyShare supports logs export. Select a period to query and click Export Log. The exported logs will appear in your local directory.

Export Encrypted Logs
AnyShare supports exporting encrypted logs, which can be set in the background. Once enabled, you will be required to input the password during log exporting, and the exported logs will be packed as a zip file. You will need to input the password to unzip the logs.
