If a file cannot be found but you are certain that it really exists, you may refer to the following circumstances:

• The file has been quarantined

The file has been quarantined due to sensitive words, illegal content, or virus, and you cannot find it. The file owner will receive security messages if it is quarantined. You can contact the owner for the details.

• Insufficient permissions

You do not have permission for this file. You can contact the file owner to configure permission for you.

• File location has been changed

If the file location has been changed, you cannot locate it with a SharedLink. You can check with the user who shares this file with you or search the file with keywords in Full-text search.
