AnyShare can monitor your uploads by filtering to Quarantine and if it presents risks. You may enable it on Policies->Document Policy->Content Recognition. 



The owner of the isolated files could submit an appeal to restore the file.
When you receive the appeal request, you may log into Management Console to check and choose to approve/reject the request.
