HTTP Share policy is mainly used to limit how users in your organization share content outside of your organization. Enter Security->HTTP Share Policy page, and you can configure the following rules accordingly:

HTTP Share Limit: You can enable/disable limit on HTTP Share. Once enabled, only the user in list can use HTTPLinks to share.

HTTP Share Template: Users who are added in the list shall conform to the template to initiate HTTP Share.
