You may always involve in cross-department projects and need team collaboration. AnyShare offers you a dedicated workspace called Group to foster your team collaboration, where you can create custom contacts, share Group Documents to target contact groups. Currently, it is available to create Contacts in Web Client, and create Group in both Web and Windows Client.
For Contacts Group, you need to select Me -> Contacts ->Create Group in Web Client, and enter the group name. After you click OK, the Group is created. And you can add contacts to your group by clicking Add Contacts.
For Group Document, you shall click More in the sidebar, select Groups -> Create Group Document, where you can set Group Name, Quota.
For Share Permission, Group owner can share to contacts within the group. You can select the target Group Documents, and click Share -> Add, and choose Contacts to add in the pop-up window.
After the operation, you can invite projects members into the group and configure permissions for them. Group members will operate according to their permissions. Any changes in the group will be updated and recorded timely.
