What is illegal content control?
In AnyShare, Illegal content control refers to the sensitive words uploaded by your admin which can detect the related content. Admin will finally decide to delete or keep the file.

Scenarios
Illegal content control in AnyShare includes the control for illegal content and sensitive words. By analyzing the content, content that has involved in political issues, pornography and infringement will be isolated and controlled in quarantine, which will further prevent data loss.

Introduction
  • Automatic isolation of illegal/sensitive content
AnyShare can monitor you uploads by filtering to Quarantine if it presents risks. You may enable it on Security->Document Policy->Content Recognition. After an admin has enabled Illegal Content Management and Sensitive Words, files that contain the related threatens will be put in Quarantine. Users can click More→Quarantine in the sidebar, where you can view all the quarantined files.


 
  • Appeal for Quarantined Files
The owner of the isolated files could submit an appeal to restore the file.
When Admin receives the appeal request, an admin may log into the console to check and choose to approve/reject the request.
