About AnyShare Tray
After AnyShare is installed, you can find the AnyShare tray in the lower right corner of your desktop. By right clicking it, you can perform the following operations:
Synchronization details can show the synchronization progress of tiles
Local Disk can exhibit the page of AnyShare for Web.
In Quota, you can view your total space and the space that you have used.
In Settings, you can set Common, Cache, Sync, Download and NAS.
In Common window, you can set the client to run at system startup, languages, and message notifications.
In the Cache window, you can set the cache path or cache clearing. In the Synchronization window, you can set the directories that you would like to synchronize to the cloud.
In the Download window, you can add the directories for auto-download.
In the NAS window, you can add NAS entries.
In Account, you can view your account info and Quota.
Click About, and you will view the current version and release date of AnyShare.
Right Clicking Introduction
After the installation of AnyShare, you can right click mouse and select the icon of AnyShare. Sync to Cloud, Send to Cloud, and Other will appear in the window. In Other, there are Messages, Favorites, Approvals, My Share, File Lock, Quarantine and Trash.
If you select any file and click Send to Cloud, then you can select the specified directory in AnyShare. Thus, this file will be updated to the cloud every time you edit it in local.
Messages can show the notifications from AnyShare, including Share Messages, Approval Messages and Security Messages.
In Favorites, you can view all the files or folders that you have added to Favorites.
In Approvals, you can view the status of your approvals.
In My Share, you can view all the info of the files that you have shared.
File Lock can show all the locked files.
In Quarantine, you can view all the files that have been quarantined.
Trash is the place which stores all the deleted files of your User Documents.
