  • One-click to Open & Save Files
When you are editing one document and need to open another one, you can click Open Cloud File to view the document, without leaving the page you are editing. You can also save the file that you are editing or the attachment to AnyShare by clicking Save to Cloud.
  • Send Email with Large Attachment easily
With AnyShare, you can send an email with large email Email plays an important part in daily office work. However, how to send emails with large attachments has become a concern for lots of customers.
The integration of AnyShare and Office Add-in
After you installed AnyShare, and start to use Outlook to send emails, you will need to check the settings of Add-in settings. Open Outlook client and click Settings on the top menu, and in the popped up window, you can set account and plug-ins, and view the version information. Firstly, you need to input your account and password, server address and port number for AnyShare, and then click Login. After that, you can set the saving location, size of the attachment as well as language. By setting Save Path, you can save your attachment in the specified location and check Save to the path by default. Limit refers to the size of the attachment, which will be uploaded to Cloud and sent as a link if its size exceeds the limit. For languages, currently, there are Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English. After language selection, you will need to restart AnyShare for the changes to take effect. In Version, you can view the current version and release date.
  • Save Attachment to AnyShare
You can save Word, Excel, PPT files that you edited to AnyShare in the location that you have specified, as long as your AnyShare is online and you have permission to modify in the location. After modification, you can click Save to Cloud on the top menu and then the file will be saved to AnyShare. For attachment saving, you can select the attachment and click Save Attachments. Therefore, there will be no need to copy the attachment and save again. Image files are also supported to save in AnyShare as an attachment.

  • Version Comparison
Version comparison is supported in AnyShare. By clicking Version Compare, you can select the versions that you would like to compare and click Compare in the end. In the comparison mode, you will see the changes and the user who has changed in detail.

 
  • Open the same type of Office files in AnyShare
You can open the Office files of the same type in AnyShare when you are editing Word, Excel, PowerPoint files and your AnyShare client is online.  By clicking File on the upper left corner, select Open,  and then you can open files from AnyShare.
  • Send emails with an attachment from AnyShare
In New Email page of Outlook, you can click Add Cloud Files on the top, select files from AnyShare to add and click OK. In the pop-up window, you can select to generate the file as HTTPLink or SharedLink. For HTTPLink, you will need to set the permissions, validity and password. Generally, HTTPLink is used for users out of your enterprise, while Sharedlink can be sent to your colleagues. After you click OK, the file will be inserted as Cloud link to your email. The receivers can preview the attachment file online via the link.

The supported versions of Office are Office 2010, Office 2013. The supported versions of WPS include the Personal Version, Trial Version, Commercial Version of WPS 2012, WPS 2013.
