File catalogue can help you to search multiple materials in AnyShare. You may add the catalogue for your organization members via the following steps:

1. Enter Security->File Policy->File Catalogue Policy.

2. Click Add Catalogue.

3. Type the name, type, display order and select full text search for it.

4. Click OK to save.
