Introduction
You can click Messages to view Share Messages, Approval Messages and Security Messages.
Share Messages: When users share/stop sharing with you, the share message will be sent and displayed at the bottom right corner of your desktop. Click Open file location to view details as shown:
Approval Message: The Approval Message will be sent if a user submits an approval request to the approver or the approval request is processed. If you are an approver in your organization, click Start Approval to jump to the related page, click the Approval and choose to Reject/Approve the request.
Security Message: When your file which presents risks or contains illegal content is quarantined due to the security reasons, the security message will be sent. You can click Details to view the reason. You can also click Appeal to request your admin to restore these files.
Restrictions
User can only receive Share messages by default settings of Admin. For Approval and security messages, admin is required to set the related configurations.
