1. Is the breakpoint transmission supported during file transfer?
It is currently supported in AnyShare Windows.
2. Is there any size limit for the uploads?
There is no size limit in AnyShare Windows. The uploads’ size for AnyShare Web should be less than 1 GB.
3. Does AnyShare support uploading the entire folder?
Yes, it does. Entire folder uploads are supported both in AnyShare Windows and Web.
Note: You shall make certain the browser version, e.g. Chrome 13 or above, Firefox Wie 50 or above, if you upload folder in Web client. Folder uploads is currently unsupported in IE, Win 10 edge and Safari.
4. What's reason for unsuccessful synchronization?
· Network interruption during file transfer.
· Without Create permission for the target folder.
· Insufficient quota.
5. When editing and saving a file that is not the newest version in AnyShare, a conflict file shall be generated in current path. How to solve this problem?
· Delete the .conflict suffix.
· Compare the .conflict file with the newest one in your AnyShare folder.
· Update the file and merge manually.
