Tags in AnyShare can help users to locate their wanted content quickly and conveniently. Administrators can establish a unified tagging system through the Tag Management in Management Console, which will be shown for users on the page of Document Center, KnowledgeCenter, Knowledge Circle, Article, Q&A and Intelligent Search.
Unified Tags
Administrators can access the unified tag system management page via Management Console > [Tag System Management] > [Unified Tags], where they can:
-
- Create custom tag systems manually as needed
- Add, modify, or delete tag nodes/tag
- Import existing tag systems
- Export tag systems for reuse, improving batch management efficiency.
When creating tags manually, administrators must first specify parent tags first, then add child tags, with drag-and drop for hierarchy adjustments.

Set Tagging Operator
After the tag tree is finished, how to add tags to files or knowledge remains unsettled. Taking the accuracy and content security into consideration, Admin can set users as tagging operators to manage tags in AnyShare clients. The procedures are as follows:
On Tag Management > [Tag Policy] page, click [+ Add Tagging Operator].
Select the user that you would like to add as tagging operator.
Then the added operator can manage the tags from both Documents and KnowledgeCenter.
Apply the Configured Tag
After the creation of the unified tags, end users can view the tree on Intelligent Search, KnowledgeCenter, and My Portal. Users can add tags from the tree created when tagging content in both Documents and KnowledgeCenter. The tags can be used to search content or locate content quickly.
