Management Console is the place where Admins can manage their users, business systems, and other policies. Currently, there are five modules in Management Console, and they are Organizations, Policies, Doc Domains, Dashboards, and Logs & Audit.

› On Organizations, Admin can manage users, documents, and retrieval policies.

› On Policies, Admin can manage the access control, sharing policy, document policy, Workflow policy and DLP Policy.

› On Tag Management, Admin can create official tag systems and manage tag policies.

› On Doc Domains, Admin can add document domains and manage them. Therefore, Admin can start the sync between libraries and set the related sync policies.

› On Personalized Recommendations, Admin can set scenario-based recommendation strategies for customized content display in AnyShare (client/web/mobile).

› On Custom Configuration for Clients, Admin can configure UI elements, including action button of top navigation bars/ right-click menu, document information panels and online viewing options.

› On Dashboard & Log Audit, Admin can perform system configurations, configure report policies, view data reports, check users/files statistics, and review access/management/operation logs.

» On Feedback Statistics, Admin can monitor user-submitted feedback from all access points to optimize the knowledge system.

› On Data Dictionary,Admin can dynamically configure system-shared data elements, including performing add, modify, delete, and retrieve operations on both the data dictionary itself and its entries.

Note: Data Dictionary serves as an accessible directory that records and manages metadata for systems and applications.

› On NAS Gateway, Admin can establish cross-protocol (SMB/FTP/SFTP/NFS) shared access policies.

› On App Management, Admin can oversee document circulation and collection workflows.

› On WorkSpace, Admin can enable/disable automated workflows and assign customization privileges.

› On KnowledgeCenter, Admin can designate knowledge administrators and adjust global settings for KnowledgeCenter.

› On Bot, Admin can preset persona guide template for AI assistant creation.

› On Intelligent Search, Admin can manage search lexicons including stop words, index terms, popular search and ranking rules.
