1.5.1 Why can’t I find the file I’m looking for？

If you're unable to locate a file that you know exists, consider these possible reasons:

• Quarantined File – The file may have been quarantined due to sensitive words, illegal content, or virus. File owners receive security notifications when this occurs. Please contact the file owner for more information.

• Insufficient Permissions – You may not have permission for this file. You can contact the file owner to configure permission for you.

• File Path Modified – This applies when using SharedLink in the search bar. If the file has been removed, verify the new location with the sharer or try a keyword-based full-text search.
