You will be informed by AnyShare if there is a message. Currently, there are three types of messages, namely, Sharing message, Approval messages, and Security messages.
You will receive Sharing messages if someone shares or stops sharing file/folder with you. Click Location, and you can view the file/folder.
If you are an approver, you will recive Approval messages when someone submits an approval within your scope. Click Start approval, and you can approve or reject the approval with or without comments. And if you are user, you will receive Approval messages when your approval is approved or rejected. You can click Details to view the reasons.
If your file is isolated due to virus or illegal content, you will receive Security messages. Click Details, and you will enter to Quantine and view the isolated file. You can select Appeal of the file and input the reason.
