Share with external staff
You can share documents with external staff via AnyShare. After you have enabled the HTTP link, and set the permission, validity, password and opens.
  • Send SharedLink
You can tap 【…】 after you have select the file or folder.
 Tap SharedLink, and then you can send it to AnyShare users. This operation is suitable for quick sharing or to users who already are the visitors of this file or folder.

Tap Share, and then you will enter the page where you can set the permissions and visitors of the file or folder. After settings, you can tap Save and copy the link to other users.
  • HTTP Share
Tap HTTP Share, and enable it. In the HTTP Share page, you can set the permissions, validity, password, etc., and tap OK to save. Therefore, you can send the HTTPLink to other people.
  • Send SharedLink or HTTPLink
After settings, you can send your SharedLink or HTTPLink to others via QR code, email or other 3rd party applications.
